Key Responsibilities

Build and adjust daily technician schedules

Optimize routes to reduce drive time and increase productivity

Communicate delays, updates, and job changes to customers

Work closely with technicians to manage workflow in real time

Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts

Maintain accurate job and customer data in ServiceTitan

Help identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency
Qualifications
Required:
-
Prior experience in dispatching, routing, or service coordination

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to think quickly and adjust plans as needed

Clear communication with both customers and field teams
Preferred:

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar systems
