Join our dynamic maintenance team as an Apartment Maintenance Technician, working Monday through Friday with a valid driver’s license required. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of residential apartment communities by performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks. Duties
- Maintain facilities by painting residential units, repairing fixtures, and managing general upkeep tasks to uphold property standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or residential property upkeep.
- Painting. drywall repair/ light electric such as changing bulbs and small fixtures, minor plumbing such as changing faucets, unplug toilets.
- Mow small lawns
