Description:
We're a small real estate team with RE/MAX Big Bear, and we're growing. We're looking for one dependable, organized person to become the operational backbone of the team — someone who takes real pride in the details and quietly turns chaos into order.
This is a great first or second job for someone early in their career who is motivated and eager to learn. Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement — the right attitude, work ethic, and eye for detail matter more, and we'll teach you the rest.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate listings from prep to launch (photos, cleaning, staging, signs, and lockboxes)
- Help in the field with showings (once licensed), open houses, and vendor or inspector meetings
- Keep transactions moving — deadlines, signatures, and coordination with lenders, title, and escrow
- Support our marketing — keep our CRM clean, schedule posts, and help email and social stay consistent
- Care for our clients — follow-ups, reviews, and closing gifts
- A little occasional personal or family help (a small part of the role)
Who we're looking for:
- Deeply organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and self-directed — does what they say they'll do, without being chased
- High personal standards and calm under pressure
- Honest, warm, and a clear communicator
- Comfortable with technology and happy to learn new tools, including AI
- Lives nearby or down the hill and can reliably come up to Big Bear 1–2 days a week, with a valid license and reliable vehicle
Schedule: Part-time to start, roughly 1–2 days on-site per week plus flexible remote hours, with room to grow.
