Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical systems to ensure optimal production performance. Your expertise will help sustain the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our industrial operations. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics and industrial machinery.
- Perform a variety of general and specific duties ranging from installation, repair, and maintenance of all plant equipment.
- Conduct repairs using welding techniques, including welding and mechanical skills to restore equipment functionality.
- Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas.
- Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate cause of trouble, as well as, repair or replace defective parts.
- Align machinery and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules micrometers, plumb bob and dial indicators.
- Knowledge of hydraulic schematics, trouble shoot and repair of hydraulic systems.
- Have experience with grinders, drills, band saws, and other equipment associated with maintenance.
Skills
- Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
- Skilled in welding techniques specific to industrial applications, including welding standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams accurately.
- Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex mechanical issues efficiently.

Pay: $23.69 - $29.87 per hour
