Position Overview
We are looking for an Assembly Manufacturing Engineer to provide hands-on support for assembly operations. You will spend about half of your time on the shop floor troubleshooting production issues, improving processes, and working directly with production employees and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Spend approximately 50% of your time on the shop floor supporting production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and manufacturing issues.
- Provide direct support to production employees.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to management.
- Support and improve assembly processes.
- Apply knowledge of assembly tooling to improve production efficiency and quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in an assembly environment.
- Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology such as Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling.
- Ability to work effectively on the shop floor and with employees at all organizational levels.
Alternative: Candidates with 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Recent Graduates
Recent engineering graduates with a relevant manufacturing or assembly internship will be considered. Compensation will be based on experience level.
Additional Requirement
- Metatarsal safety shoes are required on the first day.

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
