Marengo, IL, is seeking

Position Details
- Day Shift Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Night Shift Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts
- Hours:
- 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Rotate every 4 weeks to 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Status: Temp-to-Hire
Position Summary
The Production Associate plays a key role in the manufacturing process by assisting with the production, inspection, packaging, and movement of concrete products. Team members will work in a fast-paced industrial environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
No experience required. Training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and production of concrete products.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Remove defective products and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Stack, sort, label, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
- Safely operate hand tools and production equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and PPE requirements.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- No manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have steel-toe boots.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
