We're looking for a dependable, motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Warehouse team in Norwell. If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and making sure customers receive the right products on time, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our warehouse running efficiently by receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations.

Load and unload incoming shipments, transfers, and delivery trucks

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory

Organize inventory and stock warehouse shelves

Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials

Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures

Work closely with warehouse and branch staff to support daily operations

Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Strong work ethic with dependable attendance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, distribution, order fulfillment, or material handling

Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if applicable)

Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
