Machine Operator – Level 1 (Multiple Shifts Available)

Shift Options:
Day: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm -Wage $20.50
Swing: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am-Wage $22.00
Weekend Day: Thursday through Sunday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm- Wage $23.00
Position Summary
Operate and monitor production machinery, inspect product quality, and follow established procedures to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine setup and operation
- Blueprint reading for accurate production
- Adjust machine settings to meet specifications
- Inspect, deburr, and clean parts
- Record production data
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- Support continuous improvement efforts
Equipment You May Use
- Rolling mills, press brakes, stamping machines
- CNC equipment, Grob saws, bandsaws
- Automated drill press, forge equipment, furnaces
- CU plate shear and industrial presses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Ability to follow instructions and read basic blueprints
- Basic math and measuring tool proficiency
- Ability to lift 30–35 lbs and stand for entire shift
- Comfortable in warm/hot environments
- Strong coordination and attention to detail
U.S. Person Requirement
Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected refugee/asylee.
Work Environment
- Moderate exposure to machinery and industrial conditions
- May operate powered industrial trucks
- Must follow PPE and safety protocols
