Belle Cher is a fast-growing women's and children's apparel brand creating colorful, fashion-forward collections sold through boutiques and online. We're looking for a creative, organized, and energetic individual who loves fashion, social media, photography, and bringing a brand to life.

Position Summary
The Creative Content & Brand Manager is responsible for showcasing the Belle Cher brand through engaging content, product launches, and creative storytelling. This role will oversee social media content, coordinate all photo and video shoots, manage Shopify product launches, and represent Belle Cher at wholesale markets and events.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, product features, styling videos, and lifestyle content.
- Stay current on social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas.
- Engage with followers and help grow the Belle Cher community.
Photoshoots & Creative Production
- Plan and coordinate all product and lifestyle photoshoots.
- Schedule photographers, models, and locations.
- Create shot lists and styling plans.
- Organize samples, accessories, and props.
- Ensure every product is photographed and filmed before launch.
Shopify & Product Launches
- Build and launch new products and collections in Shopify.
- Upload product images, videos, descriptions, and merchandising.
- Coordinate launch timelines with the operations team.
- Ensure products are launch-ready across all platforms.
Brand & Events
- Assist with showroom setup and wholesale apparel markets.
- Help merchandise booths and displays.
- Represent Belle Cher professionally at events and trade shows.
- Support seasonal campaigns and product launches.
Organization
- Maintain an organized library of photos and videos.
- Keep content calendars and launch schedules up to date.
- Work closely with leadership to execute creative projects on time.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, branding, fashion, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Shopify experience preferred.
- Brandboom experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating photoshoots or creating digital content.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative eye for fashion, styling, photography, and branding.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Photography or videography experience
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce

Travel Requirements
- Occasional travel (approximately 10–20%) is required.
- Travel includes apparel markets and photoshoots
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
