Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Construction Laborer with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various construction projects by operating heavy equipment, install new septic systems, swere and water hook up and all other excavating projects, also pumping septic tanks, servicing porta pottys, site preparation and cleanup. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple construction disciplines while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, excavators, backhoes, skidsters , and other equipment to move materials and prepare sites.
- Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, demolition, or repair tasks on-site.
- Assist with welding tasks, mechanical repairs, and general construction site maintenance.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Valid CDL license with a clean driving record; experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, backhoes, bucket trucks, and bucket operation is essential.
- Proven construction site experience
- Mechanical knowledge including welding skills and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to operate machinery such as loaders or excavators confidently; is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong safety awareness with understanding of construction safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and electrical work.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the flexibility to adapt to different project needs; prior experience in utility or infrastructure projects is a plus. Join us in building the future! Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
