**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Tech to join our team. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including performing repairs, conducting regular inspections, and troubleshooting issues to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Good physical condition and strength to perform manual labor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in maintenance technology is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to ensure functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, lubricating, and cleaning equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, and components.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects in a timely manner.
- Follow maintenance schedules and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.
