Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Brockton Public Schools is seeking a collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting. The BCBA will partner with building administrators, educators, school adjustment counselors, and related service providers to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavioral supports.ResponsibilitiesProvide behavioral consultation and support for students in general education and special education settingsConduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with building leadership, MTSS, PBIS, Student Support, and IEP teamsSupport the implementation of positive behavior interventions and school-wide behavioral practicesDevelop and monitor behavior-related IEP goals and analyze student data to guide interventionsPromote inclusive learning environments that support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and academic successQualificationsCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationExperience working in school settings with students across a range of ages and disabilities preferredExperience supporting students in both general education and special education environmentsDemonstrated experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and using data to guide interventionsKnowledge of IDEA, special education regulations, and IEP developmentExperience implementing or supporting PBIS and/or MTSS frameworks strongly preferredExcellent collaboration, communication, and consultation skills
