RIDE LLC. is currently seeking applicants for Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions, who have friendly personalities and the patience needed to accommodate developmentally disabled individuals. Current shifts available:
- A) Location: Delaware, OH. Shift: Thursday 2:30 PM - Saturday 9 AM. (live-in shift) (this shift includes separate pay rates for overnight and awake hours) (client strongly prefers female staff).
- B) Location: Lewis Center, OH. Shift: Monday - Friday, 1 PM - 8 PM. (must be able to lift 50 lbs.) (client strongly prefers female staff) (Medication Administration Certification Level 2 [G-Tube] Preferred).
- C) Location: Lewis Center, OH. Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 12 PM - 8 PM. (client is very hyper - staff must be able to physically keep up) (Medication Administration Certification Level 2 [G-Tube] Preferred).
Please note that there are separate pay rates for overnight and awake hours in shift "A". Overnight Pay Rates start at $13-$14/hour. Awake Pay Rates can range from $22/hour - $25/hour.

Requirements:
- First aid and CPR certified applicants are preferred.
- Medication administration certified applicants are preferred.
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
- A great outlook and cheerful disposition are a must as well.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to enroll in Ohio attorney general’s retained applicant fingerprint database after the hiring process is complete (“RapBack”).
- Must at least hold a high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Be able to read, write, and understand English fluently.
