- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and other surfaces.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes in dining areas to support front-of-house staff.
- Ensure that all dishwashing equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
