DocuNav Solutionsis seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be customer service minded and eager to learn our processes for building client relationships while expanding sales. They will be passionate about solving customer needs, have simple and effective communications skills via phone and email, and able to guide customer expectations.

Compensation:
Junior Account Manager is a full-time salaried position. We offer a comprehensive salary, generous bonuses, medical benefits package, 401k and excellent PTO days.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with existing Customer Service Managers and learn the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from onboarding through annual renewal.
- Regularly interact with customers including phone calls, on-site visits, and video calls. Travel is required for this role up to 15% of the time.
- Utilize a CRM to keep track of key account data, opportunities, logging calls and relevant notes.
- Act as a communications liaison between internal DocuNav departments and our customers.
- Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and helping them achieve their objectives.
- Educate customers on the use and benefits of DocuNav’s offerings.
- Provide customers with information and assistance regarding product updates and new features.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer facing role
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Ability to understand customers concerns and the ability to troubleshoot

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 / year (plus quarterly bonuses)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
