Adult Therapist (Licensed) – Real Roots Counseling, PLLC

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
Real Roots Counseling is seeking a warm, relational, and clinically skilled adult therapist to join our growing group practice in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for clinicians who value depth-oriented work, authenticity, collaboration, and high-quality clinical care while helping adults navigate longstanding emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns.
We are especially interested in therapists with experience treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD), anxiety disorders, perfectionism, and related concerns—or clinicians who are highly motivated to receive specialized training in these areas.
Position Details
- W-2 Positions Available
- Part-time and Full-time opportunities
- Starting at $55+/hour (depending on licensure, experience, and specialty training)
- $25/hour paid administrative time
While Real Roots Counseling primarily offers W-2 employment positions, we understand some experienced clinicians may prefer a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Percentage splits and compensation structure may be open for discussion depending on experience, specialty area, schedule availability, and clinical fit.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active Washington State license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Experience working with adult clients in a private practice setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Preferred:
- Experience treating OCD, OCPD, anxiety disorders, perfectionism, or related concerns
- Training in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), ACT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, or other evidence-based approaches
- Interest in personality dynamics, attachment patterns, and long-term therapeutic work
- Willingness to pursue specialized training in OCD/OCPD treatment if not already trained
