Salary: $35,000–$55,000 per year + Commission
New Concept Auto Service is growing, and we're looking for experienced automotive professionals to join our team! We currently have openings for two Automotive Service Advisors at our Olathe and Overland Park locations.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Build repair estimates and confidently explain recommended services.
- Coordinate repairs between customers and technicians.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow efficiently.
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Help achieve team sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting estimates and recommending necessary repairs.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Computer proficiency; experience with shop management software is a plus.
