Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks to support construction projects across residential and commercial projects. Your energy, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, trim carpentry, and siding installation to bring project visions to life.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Prepare and install fixtures, doors, cabinets, and other structural or cosmetic components.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as moving materials or equipment on-site.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or during fabrication processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with knowledge of framing, trim work, and siding installation.
- Familiarity with hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, grinders) is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, plumbing or electrical systems is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction sites; OSHA certification is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
