Marketing & Social Media Manager
Pay: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (plus bonus potential)
Location: Cary, NC — Hybrid position
We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our award-winning team at Stanley Dentistry and the Stanley Institute for Comprehensive Dentistry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple dynamic brands where innovation, design, and purpose intersect.
Core Responsibilities:
- Copywriting: captions, web copy, email/SMS copy, ad copy, patient-facing educational content
- Content creation: before-and-afters, patient journey features, educational carousels, BTS/entertainment content
- Video production & editing: patient testimonials, consultation footage/DentraAI recordings, Stanley Institute YouTube videos
- Graphic design: carousels, meta stories, campaign creative
- Paid media: Social ad management and monitoring
- Brand strategy: voice governance, competitive positioning, campaign concepting across all three brands
- Cross-functional coordination: HubSpot (email), Practice by Numbers (SMS), updating Google My Business (review responses, uploading images)
- Compliance oversight: sweepstakes/giveaway mechanics, before-and-after disclaimers, brand trademark usage, PBN patient forms
- AI/tooling infrastructure: maintaining Claude Projects and brand configuration files per brand; boosting AI ranking of brands (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini)
IDEAL SKILL SET
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with copywriting, video production & editing, and graphic design
- Experience with email marketing tools and CRMs (Hubspot, Mailchimp)
- Comfortable managing social media scheduling tools
- Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO principles, and analytics dashboards
