We specialize in fast, reliable service for commercial refrigeration equipment, walk-in units, and cold storage systems. We are currently hiring an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. This role requires running daily service calls as well as participating in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency customer needs within a 4-hour arrival window.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on commercial refrigeration equipment (walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, self-contained units, and market systems). Respond promptly to emergency service calls within a 4-hour arrival time when on call. Work a flexible schedule including availability on weekends during on-call rotations. Clearly document repairs, diagnostic findings, and parts used on service tickets.Maintain clean, organized stock in the company service vehicle.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of commercial refrigeration troubleshooting experience.Certification: Active EPA Universal Certification required. License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance).
Availability:
Must be willing and able to work on-call rotations and weekends. Must have basic hand tools (specialty diagnostic equipment and service vehicle provided). Work Location: On the road / Service calls throughout the local Fresno/clovis area
