About the Opportunity: Our client is a growing heavy/landscaping firm that consistently bids on and wins a diverse portfolio of large commercial civil landscaping projects.
What you will be doing
- Plans work methods, materials, equipment needs, and work schedules for assigned project work
- Reviews and understands project specifications to support job setup activities
- Works with crews, field engineers, and local companies to identify hazardous areas on job sites
- Supervises sub-contractor production and workforce regarding assigned project work
- Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plans
- Performs additional assignments per Management's direction
What you will have
- 10+ Years of Heavy Civil Construction Experience Required, structural steel and bridge or commercial landscaping
- Certifications and/or Licensing Requirements
- Strong Written/Verbal and Presentation Communication Skills Required
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop all direct and indirect reports
- Senior Landscape Superintendent with a background in heavy civil or commercial landscape construction.
