We are a growing dental practice in Issaquah, WA looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to be the next member of our team!
About the role:
As a Dental Assistant at Eastside Modern Dentistry, you will be responsible for providing dental care to our patients and patients' families. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining patient care plans, collecting and reporting patient demographic information, as well as assisting the dentist during dental procedures. Our ideal candidate is passionate about providing top-notch customer service and passionate about the profession of dentistry.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the dentist during dental procedures.
- Collect and report patient information.
- Maintain patient charts and follow up calls.
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, exam rooms, and instruments.
- Maintain hygienic awareness at all times.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the dentist or practice manager.
Dental Assistants should have a passion for helping others and be able to demonstrate this by:
- Being personable, friendly, and helpful toward patients, patients' families, co-workers, and management.
- Having strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to patients, patients' families, co-workers, or other members of the practice.
