ob Title: AI Enablement & Adoption Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on contractor to support AI learning and adoption programs that help employees build confidence and proficiency with approved AI tools and best practices. Our team is looking for someone who can manage learning operations, coordinate communications and events, and help drive measurable adoption across a large employee population.
Responsibilities:
- Manage LMS administration, including content uploads, course assignments, badge tracking, and access troubleshooting.
- Coordinate AI learning content, employee communications, and event materials that support adoption and awareness.
- Support learning events, cross-functional meetings, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Track completion, engagement, and adoption metrics; consolidate reporting from multiple sources and share insights with leadership.
Required:
- Experience administering an LMS or similar learning platform.
- Strong background in AI adoption, Learning & Development.
- Ability to coordinate programs, events, or communities and manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Clear written communication skills and comfort creating modern learning and communications content.
- Experience with reporting and analytics, including Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Strong interest in AI tools and the way organizations build adoption and fluency at scale.
