Note:
- This position includes tips share in addition to hourly wages.
- The position we are currently looking to fill requires the availability to cover 11am-4pm lunch shifts as well as the occasional 4-8pm shift, Tues-Sat.
Duties:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders at the register, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
- Clear and clean tables, reset dining areas, and ensure a clean and sanitary environment.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
