Job Summary:
Natura is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our customer service department, you will be responsible for coordinating customer meetings, gathering information for manufacturing processes, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams. Additionally, you will play a crucial role
in maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system and utilizing Odoo for item management. This role involves proactive follow-ups on materials requests, orders, and scheduled deliveries to provide timely updates to customers.
Essential Functions:

The Customer Service Representative in this role is pivotal in coordinating customer interactions throughout the manufacturing process, involving scheduling meetings, gathering critical information, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Collaboration with internal teams and utilization of the Odoo system for item management are key responsibilities. The representative proactively follows up on requests, orders, and deliveries, providing timely updates to customers. This individual addresses inquiries professionally, collaborates on process improvements, and enhances customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Odoo is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and thorough records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and scheduling is preferred.
Pay Rate:
Starting at $25/hr
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or related roles.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
Working Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
