A mission-driven FQHC near South Bend, Indiana, is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide full-spectrum outpatient pediatric care for newborns through adolescents.
Highlights
- Outpatient-only pediatrics
- No weekends, hospital, or NICU coverage
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 4 clinic days + 1 admin day weekly
- 32 patient-facing hours + 8 admin hours
- Admin day is often remote
- Phone-only call about 1x/month; nurse triage takes first call
- Collaborative team with behavioral health, care coordination, and strong admin support
