Stucco Kings is an established, family-owned construction company specializing in luxury residential and commercial stucco, exterior restoration, and decorative microcement finishes throughout South Florida.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for motivated business development professionals who can help us build new relationships and create new opportunities.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys networking, developing professional relationships, and being rewarded for results.
What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is generating qualified business opportunities and opening doors for Stucco Kings.
Target markets include:
- Homeowners Associations (HOAs)
- Condominium Associations
- Community Association Managers (CAMs)
- Property Management Companies
- Commercial Property Managers
- General Contractors
- Luxury Home Builders
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Commercial Building Owners
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and develop new business relationships
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Introduce Stucco Kings' services
- Generate qualified sales opportunities
- Build long-term referral partnerships
- Attend networking events and industry functions
- Maintain relationships with existing referral partners
- Work directly with the owner, who will prepare estimates and close projects
You generate the opportunity. We handle estimating, proposals, contracts, project management, and production.

Compensation
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Commission paid as a percentage of the gross contract value on every project you originate
- Unlimited earning potential
