Lowell Fleet Towing is looking for a light-duty towing operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience towing in a wide range of situations such as accidents/recovery, municipal or state police calls, private property/trespass impounds, etc. Ideal candidate should be experienced with both a ramp truck and a self loading wrecker.
Currently accepting applications for 2nd (3p-11p) and 3rd (11p-7a) shifts with regular weekend on-call required. For weekends on-call you must be in or near Lowell, MA for the entire weekend and able to patrol regularly.
Must be able to pass a criminal and driving background check! Please do not apply if you have a criminal record in the past 10 years, as our contracts do not allow us to employ such individuals.
Very strong preference for individuals with prior towing experience!
Per regulations, you must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate clearly in English.
Pay is a combination of mostly commission and some hourly wage, weekly and direct deposit.
Each operator is assigned their own truck for use most of the time, though occasional sharing/switches will be made in event of maintenance or usage need requirements.
