Overview
Family-owned business seeking energetic, engaging Auction Hosts for WhatNot live auctions. You’ll host 2–3 hour shows (up to two per day), engage with chat, promote items, and assist with light warehouse duties. Location: Central Phoenix near McDowell Rd & 27th Ave. Family-focused culture: teamwork, respect, and a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Host live WhatNot auctions (2–3 hours per show; up to two shows per day).
- Engage with chat: energetic, outgoing, responsive, and sales-driven.
- Maintain a polished on-camera presence; dress professionally and wear makeup as needed.
- Be punctual; manage show timing, transitions, and breaks.
- Assist with warehouse tasks (item prep, inventory organization, packaging support).
- Maintain accurate product knowledge; follow platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to grow the channel and increase sales.
- Support a friendly, family-oriented workplace and respectful communication.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, high energy, quick thinking.
- Reliable, punctual, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to follow schedules and platform guidelines; coachable.
Schedule and Compensation (Phoenix, AZ)
- Schedule: Six days per week; up to two shows per day (2–3 hours each).
- Work week starts on Saturday thru Friday.
- One day off accept weekends.
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM; 1/2 hour unpaid lunch; paid breaks as required by law.
- Pay: $606 Salary, five days per week (plus legally required paid breaks).
- Bonuses: May be available after 90 days and depending on revenue produced.
- Compliance: there is no overtime as this is not an hourly job. This is a salary job 40 hours max however three days out the week maybe where all the work happens the rest of the week is slow pace, relaxed, stress-free, easy money!
