PT Day 2-8hr shifts/week, rotating wknds. 6 am- 2:30 pm
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides clinical and administrative support to licensed nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Working under the supervision of licensed nurses, the CNA assists with basic patient care activities, clinical procedures, and documentation in accordance with facility policies, scope of training, and regulatory standards.
High School Diploma or GED required
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant or comparable healthcare training program
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the applicable state
Current CPR certification
Previous experience in a physician’s office, clinic, ambulatory care, or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to meet all credentialing, background, and security clearance requirements
Performance Expectations / Essential Duties
Assist physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members with patient care activities as directed
Support diagnostic testing and clinical procedures in accordance with training, certification, and facility protocols
Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) as assigned and trained
Obtain and document patient histories and basic health information
Measure, monitor, and record vital signs accurately
Collect non-invasive body fluid specimens following infection control and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Observe patients for changes in condition and report findings promptly to nursing staff
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility privacy standards
Perform all other duties as assigned

Punctual and dependable for assigned/confirmed shifts
Maintains security clearance for the assigned facility
