Job Overview
Transparent Space Therapy is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our growing practice. The position is a 1099 position. The ideal candidate will have experience in various therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral health interventions. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives across diverse populations, including children, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities or chronic conditions. The Part-time Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and support clients through recovery and growth.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing CPT coding standards.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions tailored to client needs, including trauma-informed care such as PTSD management and grief counseling.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans using modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, etc.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure client safety and stability.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
- Collaborate with medical professionals for integrated care approaches involving medical terminology understanding and case management strategies.
- Participate in intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of client history and presenting issues.
- Provide telehealth services as needed to expand access to care across diverse populations.
Compensation:
- Paid per completed client session at $60–$65/session based on experience
- Paid monthly as 1099 contractors (must track and invoice sessions)
- Compensation begins once assigned caseload (following training phase)
Responsibilities
- Attend Trainings and professional development opportunities
- Participation in team meetings
- Manage a caseload of 8–10 clients/week (gradual ramp-up)
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, intakes, and ongoing therapy
- Document SOAP notes and treatment plans in Therapy Notes
- Collaborate on program development and client engagement activities
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a MSW degree
- Must be licensed
