Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior Grants Manager to lead the organization's grants program and help shape the next chapter of its fundraising success.
Working across Development, Programs, and Finance, you'll help secure the philanthropic investments that expand opportunities for more than 26,000 young people throughout King County. You'll also build the systems, processes, and partnerships that position the organization for continued growth and long-term success.
The Opportunity
You'll oversee the full grants lifecycle while partnering closely with Finance, Development, and Programs to strengthen operations and maximize funding opportunities.
- Lead grants strategy and portfolio.
- Oversee proposal development and reporting.
- Implement grants management systems.
- Partner with Finance.
- Supervise the Grant Writer.
- Improve processes and accountability.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who enjoys both the strategic and operational sides of grants management and thrives in collaborative environments.
- 5+ years of grants management.
- Experience leading proposal processes.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of grants systems.
- Excellent writing and organization.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
