New small fleet repair shop, that services a fleet of 90% Freightliners, 10% International, and refridgeration trailers.
Make repairs on various components of the tractor/trailers, Carrier x4 7300, and ThermoKing Precedent C-600 & S-600 units.
Job Duties will include, but not limited too.
- DOT Inspections.
- All repairs to pass a DOT inspection.
- Wheel End
- Brakes (Drum/Shoe & Rotor/Pad)
- Welding
- Electrical
- ABS
- Reefer PM's.
- Troubleshoot fault codes, diagnose, and repair all reefer engine, cooling, and computer component repairs of the entire reefer unit using Wintrac/APX Control.
Must be computer savvy. The job will have you utilizing not only the shop system, but also looking up troubleshooting steps, parts lookup, using multiple manufactures software, creating parts requisiton lists, filling inspection and pm forms, entering notes onto the invoices, etc.
- 40hrs OT after 40 (OT available weekly)
- Weekly Pay
- Weekend on call rotations
- Paid Major Holidays
- 1 week vacation after 6 months
- 2 weeks at 3rd year
- Shift M-F 8am - 5pm
3 year minimum experience required.
