American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a 13-week travel contract in Washington State, requiring active WA or compact RN licensure and at least 2 years of OR experience.

Operating room setting requiring both circulating and scrub nurse responsibilities

Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts per week

Rotating call coverage required as part of the schedule

13-week contract

Active WA State or multistate compact RN license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS/CPR (AHA), ACLS, and PALS

Minimum 2 years of OR experience required

Experience as both a circulating and scrub nurse preferred

Previous recovery room (PACU) nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities include circulating and/or scrubbing for surgical cases and providing patient and family support throughout the perioperative process

Participates in 24-hour call coverage rotation

Applies nursing assessment skills including recognition of post-anesthesia and post-operative complications

Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to deliver safe, therapeutically effective care
