```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls as needed
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, waiting room and hospital
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
- Experience with laboratory work, or aseptic technique is beneficial
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
