Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and kindness.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary, while adhering to established procedures.
- Support the entire veterinary team with daily operations.
- Helping to create a welcoming, supportive environment for every person who walks through the doors.
Skills
- Has a Team-oriented mindset exemplified by collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure consistent client service delivery and continuous improvement of support processes.
- Proven experience in customer support roles or call center environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
