Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management
- Help manage inventory control, food safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash management, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at shift end
- Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between teams while maintaining high service standards
- Help lead staff recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Experience
- Proven managerial skills
- Some background in food service management with hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, and/or kitchen management a plus
- Must flawlessly pass a background check and reference checks
- Excellent personality and communication skills for managerial communication, team training, and customer engagement
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Hourly rate/salary is negotiable based on experience and availability. 15 Hours minimum per week, will increase as we expand.
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
