Golf Course Laborer – Seasonal Positions Available
Springfield Country Club is currently hiring golf course laborers for both full-time and part-time seasonal positions.
Position Requirements:
- Must be available for early morning shifts
- Weekend morning availability is required for new employees
- Weekend shifts are typically 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- Reliable transportation is required
- Employees must be dependable and punctual, as daily operations rely heavily on timely crew performance
Current Openings:
- Multiple full-time seasonal positions
- Two weekend morning positions (approximately 8–10 hours per week)
- Additional openings for Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings
Season Duration:
This is a seasonal position that generally runs through mid-to-late November.
Job Duties Include:
- Walk mowing tees, greens, and approaches
- Raking bunkers
- String trimming
- Filling divots
- General golf course maintenance duties
- Employees must be capable of walking long distances throughout shifts

- Assistant Superintendent: approximately $65,000 annually
- Golf Course Superintendent: approximately $95,000 annually
