RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will vary depending on whether you are assigned to the Front of House or Back of House and may include:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately Operate registers and assist guests in the dining room or drive-thru
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Work across multiple kitchen stations, including breading, fries, boards, prep, and stocking
- Maintain quality, speed, cleanliness, and accuracy
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work safely around restaurant and kitchen equipment
- Support other team members during high-volume shifts
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must have Friday and/or Saturday availability.
- No experience is required—full training is provided
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, team-oriented, and coachable attitude
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
