Create workflow process instructions & internal quotes within our systems for customer new part numbers. Responsible for using the ERP system to generate production paperwork for job travelers; verify correct metal plating process and cost assigned to customer purchase orders
- Read & interpret prints to determine necessary plating process.
- Communicate & follow up with customers to resolve identified technical process discrepancies or finishing requirements in a timely manner.
- Update workflow technical processes based on customer changes to a part number & production need.
Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate process creation & pricing
Essential skills: Ability to gather and analyze technical information skillfully; Planning & organizing; ability to prioritize work activities; Adaptability; must be able to deal with frequent changes, delays and unexpected events; Demonstrated ability to learn and retain information
Preferred: Interest in personal career growth towards marketing & sales in a technical capacity; Exceptional computer skills; ERP; and Microsoft Suite; Strong math skills. Experience in industrial manufacturing setting highly desired.
