Bilingual Immigration Attorney

We’re a growing Immigration Practice Group looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual Attorney to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients on a wide range of cases, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, and humanitarian relief. You’ll take an active role in guiding clients through some of life’s most critical moments.
As part of a close-knit and collaborative team, you’ll have professional growth opportunities and exposure to every stage of the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with clients to gather facts, documents, and supporting evidence for cases.
· Draft motions, briefs, legal correspondence, and applications for submission to USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies.
· Attend USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings under attorney supervision (when permitted).
· Meet with DHS (Department of Homeland Security) Officers and DHS Attorneys to discuss client matters (training will be provided).
· Communicate with clients regularly regarding case strategy, updates, and deadlines.
· Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration law, policy, and procedure.
· Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure accuracy and timely case filings.
· Assist in community outreach, client workshops, or pro bono projects as needed.
· Some travel is required (ICE detention facilities in Baker County, Miami and other counties in FL).
Qualifications
· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
· Admission to the Florida Bar.
· Spanish fluency required.
· At least 2 years of experience in immigration law.
· Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
