We're looking for a friendly, dependable, people-focused person to join our insurance agency!
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of an office, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
- answer incoming phone calls and greet customers
- provide friendly, professional customer service
- take payments and assist with billing questions
- assist with policy questions and routine service needs
- Help customers with basic claims questions and claim reporting
- listen for opportunities to identify additional insurance needs and connect customers with the right coverage and products
- Attend local community events with the office team to build relationships, increase community awareness, and promote the agency
