Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients and components for daily menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Support food preparation activities including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients with precision.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices are followed.
- Prepare basic dishes or components as directed by senior kitchen staff, contributing to efficient meal assembly.
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Aid in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or expired items.
- Collaborate with team members during busy service times to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation.
- Aid the dishwaser in washing dishes during breaks and putting away clean dishes
- Float as busser in front of the house if needed
Skills
- Knowledge of food handling safety are essential.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments will help you succeed.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
