We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in real estate contract management processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of these contracts, from acquisition to closing.

Duties
- Manage the end-to-end contract process, including drafting, reviewing and processing transactions.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to support purchasing decisions and management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents using document management systems.
- Oversee change management processes related to contracts, amendments, or scope modifications using tools like DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.
Experience
- Knowledge of technical writing for contract documentation and proposal development in the mortgage or real estate industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be computer savvy with strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Previous administrative, contract coordination, or real estate experience is a plus but not required
