Hess Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team in the Pittsburgh area. Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year & bonus opportunities (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement training
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve the best possible patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or eligible for state licensure
- Interest in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
