Home Care Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Home Care Recruiter to join our growing team! You will play a vital role in attracting top talent (HHAs and PCAs) to provide exceptional care for our clients in Staten Island.
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and hire qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs).
- Develop and maintain relationships with local training centers, job fairs, and community resources to identify potential candidates.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying certificates (HHA/PCA).
- Build a strong talent pool to meet the ongoing needs of our agency.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in home care or healthcare recruitment.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of the home care industry (a plus).
- Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is a preferred qualification.
- Well-presented, energetic, and responsible individual.
- Familiarity with Arla onboarding software (a plus).
