Position Overview
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and maintaining the daily breakfast service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests. This role requires early morning availability and involves interacting directly with hotel guests to provide a positive start to their day.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and stock the breakfast buffet with food and beverage items

Ensure all items are fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed

Greet guests and assist with any questions or special requests

Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, counters, and floors

Monitor and empty trash receptacles during and after breakfast hours

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Clean and break down the breakfast area following the end of service

Take inventory of items that need to be ordered
Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting

Dependable and punctual, with consistent early morning availability (starting around 6 AM)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs

Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
