Our team values work/life balance and enjoys a 4-day work week:
- Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Position Overview This dual-role position supports both clinical efficiency and patient care through instrument sterilization, infection control, operatory preparation, and assisting the hygienist and doctor as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Sterilize, organize, and maintain surgical and hygiene instruments
- Follow OSHA and infection control protocols
- Set up and break down treatment rooms
- Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain records
- Assist with inventory and supply management
- Support hygienists and doctors during patient care
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience through excellent communication and teamwork
Qualifications
- Dental experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- X-ray certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- CPR certification (preferred)
