At Learn N' Play Care, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Childcare Lead Teacher for our Baby Room. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enriching experience for children in our care. In this position, you will create a safe and nurturing environment for infants to learn and grow. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children

Build positive and supportive relationships with children and their families

Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents

Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum

Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities

Previous experience working with young children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, compassionate, and nurturing attitude

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Knowledge of early childhood development principles

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
