Required:
Graduate of an approved program of nursing and currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Five years of progressively responsible nursing and management experience/administrative.
Excellent interpersonal skills along with experience in working with multi-disciplinary groups.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Skill in budgeting, cost analysis, workforce planning, supervision, and operational analysis.
Demonstrated evidence of continuing professional self-development.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Nursing or Health related field
Experience with the operation of health care computer systems.
Certification in clinical specialty or in nursing administration.
P hysical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to use computer. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job-related documents.
